Responsibilities
  • Hire and build strong teams through targeted recruitment strategies within the community.
  • Manage performance, discipline, and development of team members across departments.
  • Lead coaching and development initiatives, providing in-the-moment feedback and training.
  • Implement training initiatives and facilitate team learning and growth.
  • Partner with peers to deliver exceptional athlete experiences in specialized areas.
Operational and Business Responsibilities
