Crocs, Inc. in Destin, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager, Sales Full Time to lead daily retail operations and deliver outstanding consumer experiences.

You will partner with the Store Manager to coordinate tasks, manage POS and inventory, promote loyalty programs, and uphold Crocs’ policies and brand standards. The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience, leadership preference, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model
• Foster a positive team culture and communicate feedback to leadership
• Assist with daily retail operations including POS, stock room, pricing, markdowns, loyalty promotion and store cleanliness
• Coordinate tasks and delegate across teams in partnership with Store Manager
• Serve as a Crocs brand ambassador by staying informed on product launches and brand initiatives
• Ensure asset protection, inventory controls and compliance procedures are followed
• Support sales growth by applying proven techniques to improve KPIs and team performance

Overview

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc
• Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards
• Oversee store-wide operations, in partnership with Store Manager, by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks across all teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of daily responsibilities
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with Crocs
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives
• Models best practices and partners with Store Management to drive sales performance, leveraging proven techniques to improve individual KPIs and inspire team success

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Must be 18 years or older
• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of this position
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
• Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function

• Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor
• Ability to place and arrange items on all shelves and racks

• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
• Ability to be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens as well as input information into computer

Title:Assistant Store Manager, Sales Full Time

Salary or Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.50

The posted pay range reflects geographic market conditions and may vary by location. Compensation will always meet or exceed applicable local minimum wage requirements.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
