Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Norfolk is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the store team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive sales while overseeing opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory, and daily operations.

You will partner with the Store Manager to coordinate tasks and coach associates to meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment. You will need 2–3 years of retail experience with leadership potential and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc.
• Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Oversee store-wide operations, in partnership with Store Manager, by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing tasks across all teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of daily responsibilities.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with Crocs.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.
• Models best practices and partners with Store Management to drive sales performance, leveraging proven techniques to improve individual KPIs and inspire team success.

• Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor

Title: Assistant Store Manager

Salary or Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.50

The posted pay range reflects geographic market conditions and may vary by location. Compensation will always meet or exceed applicable local minimum wage requirements.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
