Job description

Assistant Store Manager - Roosevelt Field

As an Assistant Store Manager at Claire’s, you will support your Store Manager with the following responsibilities:

  1. Driving sales and achieving profit targets
  2. Providing excellent customer service
  3. Ensuring smooth store operations
  4. Maintaining well-merchandised and commercially correct store presentation
  5. Leading and coaching the store team for skill enhancement and career development
  6. Receiving full training for ear piercing

About You

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year retail management experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Good mathematical skills and strong reading comprehension
  • Understanding of the importance of customer service
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and problem-solve strategically
  • Physical ability to stand during shifts and maneuver weights up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, and operating POS systems

Compensation and Benefits
