Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets of the store.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assist in store in absence of Store Manager.
• Oversee personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to boost profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure outstanding customer service per manuals.
• Assist in general administrative duties and learn Store Manager responsibilities.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Uphold policies and standards as listed in manuals.
• Protect assets and financial information; report fraud risk.
