Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Skechers Super Store at Caruth Plaza in Dallas. You will support the Management Team, drive daily performance, lead a team, and ensure top-tier customer service while managing inventory, merchandising, and sales initiatives.

This role requires weekend/evening flexibility, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to store operations. Competitive hourly pay starts at $17.91 with regular increases and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Team leadership and motivation of a retail team.
• Expertise in merchandising and store presentation.
• Experience managing stock levels and restocking processes.
• Ability to oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store systems.
• Proven track record delivering sales targets.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and service excellence.
• Ensure product displays meet brand standards and visual guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking.
