Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate employees to meet sales goals and deliver excellent service.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure displays and layouts meet brand standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels and restock to maintain a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations; handle lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Sales Management: drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
• Problem-Solving: address operational challenges and customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
