• Maintains adherence to Company safety policies and ensures the safety of Associates and Customers.
• Treats all Customers, Associates, and other leaders with respect.
• Supervises and coaches Retail Associates in providing efficient and friendly service at the registers, Customer Service desk, sales floor, etc.
• Assisting in new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Ensures merchandise is presented and organized according to Company merchandising guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Salary Range: $21.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Purpose Statement:

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the management and supervision of all areas assigned by the Store Manager and follows policies in regard to Customers, Associates, and merchandising. Responsible for learning all phases of Store operations. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the entire operation of the Store to ensure that Company standards and best practices are consistently met.

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Teams)
• Must be able to tolerate working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to accurately follow specific instructions for multiple detailed processes.
• Must be able to work flexible hours depending on business demands to include evenings, weekends, holidays, and approved overtime.

Preferred

• 2+ Years experience of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Can perform basic mechanical applications.
• Analytical Skills.
• High School Diploma, GED. Relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year per year basis.
