Position Summary
  • Produce sales gains by providing excellent customer service.
  • Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics.
  • Provide consistent, documented appraisals of sales performance and support with feedback on strengths and opportunities, aligned with Company Objectives.
  • Follow visual merchandising guidelines, signage, and store cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain a professional appearance per the Company Dress Code Policy.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals through customer service.
  • Meet or exceed individual performance metrics.
  • Provide appraisals and feedback to team members.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
  • Adhere to dress code and appearance standards.
Control Expenses
  • Protect company assets following retail policies.
  • Assist in scheduling to ensure proper store coverage and wage control.
  • Manage inventory accurately, including receiving, transferring, and pricing.
  • Maintain proper documentation and record keeping per policies and laws.
  • Follow procedures for opening and closing the store.
  • Support all company policies and procedures.
Additional Duties
  • Participate in training programs and meet sales and task goals.
  • Assist in recruiting and training staff.
  • Ensure compliance with policies on inventory and property security.
  • Perform subordinate duties as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to generate sales and minimize loss.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and relevant software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with hands overhead.
  • Stand for up to 100% of shift.
  • Ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills

Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above minimum wage based on experience, with additional bonuses and discounts.
