Responsibilities
  1. Produce sales gains by providing excellent customer service.
  2. Meet or exceed company objectives in all individual statistics.
  3. Provide consistent, documented appraisals of sales performance, offering feedback on strengths and opportunities in line with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to achieve sales results and minimize loss.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and relevant software.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work with hands overhead.
  • Ability to stand for up to 100% of the work time and work independently.
