The Assistant Manager position at Providence Place Mall, Providence, RI will bring out and foster your entrepreneurial spirit. The role of Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the growth of top line sales and helping create a highly engaging and interactive in-store customer experience. The successful candidate will share the vision for their store to inspire and motivate the team.

Responsibilities

• Outstanding personal sales
• Training sales associates
• Creating a strong customer service environment
• Executing merchandising standards and all other operational standards such as payroll, tasks, inventory, and cash balancing

Requirements

• 2+ years Assistant Management experience within retail
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong time management skills
• Available evenings and weekends
