Job summary

Prouds The Jewellers Keysborough is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales excellence and lead a high-performing team in a busy retail store in Keysborough, Victoria. The role focuses on coaching, stock management, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The successful candidate will support the Store Manager, mentor Team Members, and ensure promotional campaigns are executed while maintaining store standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising, inspiring and leading a high performing team.
• Proven ability to achieve beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to provide personal and memorable customer service experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive the store and Team Members to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service while achieving personal sales targets.
• Coach and train Team Members to become top performers.
• Maintain high standards of stock management and shrinkage control.
• Merchandise to showcase product range per promotional guidelines.
• Handle stock replenishment, ticketing, repairs, housekeeping and retail admin tasks.
