Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an inspirational Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and coaching our sales team in a fast-paced cosmetics environment.

You will drive sales, customer service and operational excellence, mentor staff, manage daily store operations, and contribute to training and development. The role offers opportunities for career growth within a prestige beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proven right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.
