A leading retail franchise in Poway is seeking a dependable and organized Assistant Store Manager. In this full-time role, you will oversee daily operations and provide excellent customer service in a family-owned work environment. The ideal candidate will have retail or logistics experience, possess strong leadership skills, and be available Monday through Saturday.
Location: Poway, California
Pay: $19-22/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:30–6:00 + Sat 9:00–4:00 (Sundays off)
Hours: ~48.5/week (Full-time)
We are an independently owned PostalAnnex franchise offering a variety of business support services including shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL), printing, notary, and retail supplies. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused full-time manager to run day-to-day operations and help our store thrive.
