Retail Assistant Store Manager - Pinnacle Hills Mall - Rogers, Arkansas

Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as an Assistant Store Manager and ensure our Brand, Vision, and Values are exemplified in all store operations and guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Motivate, energize, and inspire others.
  2. Collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver results by prioritizing efforts, exceeding goals, and raising store performance.
  3. Cultivate a positive team environment that promotes safety and fun.
  4. Maintain merchandising standards to meet and exceed sales and KPIs.
  5. Recruit, coach, and develop a productive and collaborative team.

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of management experience in retail.
  • Experience with POS systems, loss prevention, cash management, recruitment, training, performance management, scheduling, and payroll.
  • Space management and visual merchandising expertise.
  • Physical requirements include constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, standing for extended periods, occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, ladder climbing, and lifting at least 30 lbs.

Compensation: The base salary ranges from $26.15 to $28.15, determined by skills, experience, location, and performance.
