This role offers hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, passion for coffee and tea, and business acumen. Vacation accrual varies by state and role. The base pay depends on factors such as experience, location, and internal equity. The Assistant Store Manager position is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
