This role emphasizes team development, merchandising execution, and adherence to company policies. You will help manage merchandise flow, payroll, scheduling, and store security while supporting the Store Manager in leadership responsibilities and ensuring a safe, friendly shopping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and implement operational directives.
• Retail management experience in store environments is beneficial.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and daily activities.
• Provide helpful, friendly customer service and answer questions.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and maintain store displays.
• Assist in ordering, damaged merchandise handling, and record-keeping.
• Maintain neat, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Protect assets including store cash and report discrepancies.
• Oversee staff under Store Manager guidance; train and develop associates.
• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
