Aéropostale is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Hershey, PA to support the Store Manager in driving results and delivering a top-notch customer experience. You will help manage daily store operations, coach a team, and ensure compelling merchandising across the floor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Co-/Assistant Manager in a similar volume apparel setting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to create action plans to achieve results and grow the business.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.

• Oversee store operations, merchandising standards, and loss-prevention measures.
• Handle POS transactions on designated shifts and support management in their absence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range

USD $15.00/Hr -USD $20.50/Hr.
