Brooks Brothers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Farmington, CT. You will support the Store Manager to build a results-driven team and deliver an amazing customer experience, while executing store operations and keeping a visually appealing environment.

The role reports to the Store Manager and demands flexibility, leadership, and a strong drive to win. Responsibilities include partnering on action plans, mentoring staff, mastering product knowledge, and maintaining merchandising

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute management functions in the absence of Store Manager.

Qualifications

You will also have:

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range

USD $22.75/Hr -USD $31.88/Hr.
