Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and driving store performance.
• Strong coaching and development skills for sales associates.
• Ability to recruit and build a capable team.
• Merchandising execution and store presentation skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Understanding of P&L impacts at the store level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store leadership to drive a culture of sales and performance.
• Support a team selling environment.
• Participate in all areas of store recruitment.
• Teach, coach and train all store associates within an established timeframe.
• Assist in creating reachable, yet high goals for yourself and all associates, ensuring staffing aligns to store goals.
• Responsible for employee relations issues in the Store Manager's absence.
• Participate in P&L analysis.
• Lead change for associates and champion company initiatives.
• Ensure proper merchandising per company directive.
• Ensure safety and security of associates and customers.
• Stand for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
