This role provides hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, passion for coffee and tea, and business acumen. It aims to build your understanding of store management, teaching you how to create success for a multi-million-dollar business, develop great teams, and establish a community meeting place that nurtures customers. These foundational principles prepare partners for careers in store management and leadership.
**_Using a mix of online learning, classroom training, and hands-on mentorship, you will learn how to:_**

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND, or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. In other states, vacation time starts at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles at or above director.*
The actual base pay offered will depend on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, location, and internal equity. It is not typical for hires to be at the high end of the pay range initially. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
