This role provides hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, coffee/tea passion, and business acumen. You will learn how to manage a multi-million-dollar store, create and develop great teams, and serve as a community meeting place that nurtures customers. These foundational principles prepare partners for careers in store management and leadership.

The actual base pay offered will depend on factors like knowledge, experience, location, and internal equity. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
