This role provides hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, coffee/tea passion, and business acumen. The actual base pay offered will depend on factors like knowledge, experience, location, and internal equity. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
