Assistant Store Manager at Costellos Ace plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store. This position is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and driving sales to meet company goals. The Assistant Store Manager is expected to lead by example, fostering a positive work environment and motivating staff to achieve their best performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Ensure that the store meets its sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring performance metrics.

Required Education
