The right candidate pays attention to detail stays organized and delights in finding great solutions to problems This position is involved in all phases of the operation including leasing storage and parking managing a team assisting with maintenance supervising on site projects and maintaining good relationships with tenants

Hours of Operation Mon Fri 930 am to 600 pm; Sat 900 am 400 pm; Sun 1000 am 200 pm Starting at 1700hour Bonus

What Youll Do

Rent storage unitsPrepare rental agreementsHandle monetary transactions and banking activitiesClean vacated units and general cleaning of the propertyPromote and sell self storage solutions to potential customersLight maintenanceMaintain a working knowledge of all products and servicesMaintain general curb appealMust have reliable transportation a valid Drivers License and current auto insuranceThe position requires a background checkOther duties as assigned by the Company
