Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Oakland, CA location. This role covers leasing, storage and parking management, while leading a small on-site team and maintaining tenant relations.

NO NIGHTS and a focus on detail and organization help ensure smooth daily operations. You will handle rentals, perform banking transactions, and support maintenance projects, contributing to a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units and prepare rental agreements.

Job Summary

NO NIGHTS The right candidate pays attention to details stays organized and delights in finding great solutions to problems This position is involved in all phases of the operation including leasing storage and parking managing a team assisting with maintenance supervising on site projects and maintaining good relationships with tenants

Hours of Operation

Mon Fri 930am to 600pm; Sat 900am 400pm; Sun 1000am 200pm

What Youll Do
