SmartStop Self Storage in Lutz, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (Store #2109) who pays attention to detail, stays organized, and enjoys solving problems. You will be involved in leasing, supervising a team, coordinating maintenance, and building positive relationships with tenants.

Hours are Mon-Fri 9:30am-6:00pm, Sat 9:00am-4:00pm, Sun 10:00am-2:00pm; starting pay is $17.00 per hour plus bonus. The role offers a monthly bonus plan, health insurance options, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and sales aptitude.
• Ability to lead a small team and stay organized.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
