SmartStop Self Storage in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Store #8602. The role covers leasing, customer service, team supervision, and on-site operations with no nights. Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30am-6:00pm, Sat 9:00am-4:00pm, Sun 10:00am-2:00pm. Starting at $18.00/hour + Bonus, plus benefits.

The candidate will manage rental agreements, transactions, maintenance tasks, and keep tenants satisfied while upholding company standards. A background check is required.

Provides exceptional customer service and sells rental solutions.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Adapts to change and maintains a terrific attitude.

Responsibilities

Prepare rental agreements
Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property
Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers
Light maintenance
Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
The position requires a background check
Other duties as assigned by the Company
