SmartStop Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Store #6139 in Ladera Ranch, CA. You will oversee leasing, customer service, and daily store operations, lead a small team, and ensure a positive customer experience.

You’ll handle rental agreements, payments, and basic maintenance while promoting storage solutions. The role offers daytime hours Mon-Fri, a bonus plan, and benefits. Starting wage is $19.50 per hour, with opportunities to grow within a national self-storage operator.

Responsabilités

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
