SmartStop Self Storage in Warren, MI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Store #6026. You will supervise a team, handle leasing, assist with maintenance, and maintain excellent tenant relationships during daytime hours.

This role starts at $16.50/hour plus bonus, with health insurance, PTO, 401(k) matching, and other employee benefits. A background check is required and reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance are needed.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units.
• Prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property.
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Light maintenance.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance.
• The position requires a background check.
