SmartStop Self Storage in Beverly, NJ is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for Store #6030 Beverly. The role involves leasing units, supervising staff, assisting with maintenance, and maintaining strong tenant relations.

Hours: Mon–Fri 9:30am–6:00pm; Sat 9:00am–4:00pm; Sun 10:00am–2:00pm. Starting at $18.00/hour plus bonus, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, life and disability insurance, and an employee

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units.
• Prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Clean vacated units and maintain property cleanliness.
• Promote and sell self-storage solutions.
• Perform light maintenance.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Maintain curb appeal.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance.
• Background check required.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.
