SmartStop Self Storage in Aurora, CO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Store #6137. Responsibilities include leasing storage, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining tenant relationships. Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30am–6:00pm; Sat 9:00am–4:00pm; Sun 10:00am–2:00pm.

Starting pay is $20.00/hour plus bonus. This role offers growth within a fast-growing self-storage operator with a strong customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a small team and coordinate on-site tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Clean vacated units and maintain the property.
• Promote and sell storage solutions to customers.
• Perform light maintenance and know product offerings.
• Ensure valid driver’s license and insurance where applicable.
• Background check may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
