Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage, Bend, OR, is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations for Store #1394. You will lease storage and parking, supervise a team, coordinate maintenance, and communicate with the home office while building strong tenant relationships.

We offer a supportive environment with a 23–25 USD hourly wage plus a monthly bonus. Work hours are Monday–Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 10am–4pm, with Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate with solid office skills.
• Take-charge/can-do mentality yet able to follow set procedures.

• Leasing storage and parking.

Store Manager (Store #1394 - Bend, OR) Job Summary

This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including: leasing storage & parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising onsite projects, communicating with home office team, and maintaining good relationships with tenants. SmartStop Store Managers contribute to a successful property by running an organized office, engaging positively with customers, earnestly following up on leads, maintaining existing business relationships with clients and vendors, and communicating clearly with the entire management team.
