SmartStop Self Storage in Texas City, TX is recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager (Store #4007). The role supports leasing, team supervision, and on-site maintenance with no night shifts.

You will handle rent agreements, banking, and customer service while driving storage solutions for tenants. The position offers a daytime schedule, starting wage of $16.50/hour plus bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Assistant Store Manager (Store #4007 - Texas City, TX) Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm; Sat 9:00am - 4:00pm; Sun 10:00am - 2:00pm

Starting at $16.50/hour + Bonus

What You'll Do:
