SmartStop Self Storage in Beverly, NJ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, manage leasing, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will supervise a small team, handle rental agreements, process payments, and coordinate maintenance while maintaining strong tenant relationships.

This role offers a Monday–Saturday schedule with no nights, starting at $18.00/hour plus bonus, and a benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license required.
Background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

Rent storage units and prepare rental agreements.
Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
General cleaning of vacated units and the property.
Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to customers.
Assist with light maintenance and on-site projects.
Maintain knowledge of products and services.
Maintain curb appeal and tenant relations.
Other duties as assigned by the company.
