Position Overview

Assistant Store Managers in Training are learning the responsibilities of various roles, including Assistant Store Manager, Operations Assistant Store Manager, Night Operations Assistant Store Manager, and Specialty Assistant Store Manager. They support the Store Manager in developing strategies to drive sales and profitability through effective leadership and communication with associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service initiatives, ensure store is well-stocked and organized, and support sales efforts.
• Manage store associates through hiring, coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee store operations, including sales transactions, merchandise receiving, and equipment maintenance, with a focus on safety compliance.
• Analyze sales data to drive department profitability and support merchandise planning and inventory management.

Reporting and Travel
