SmartStop Self Storage is opening a new store in Annapolis, MD. The Assistant Store Manager will supervise a team, oversee leasing, assist with maintenance, and ensure outstanding customer service to tenants and prospects.

You will coordinate on-site operations, manage daily tasks, and help drive revenue while adhering to company policies. This position offers daytime hours and a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
