SmartStop Self Storage is opening a new Store Manager position at our Annapolis, MD location. This role covers leasing, team leadership, maintenance oversight, and coordinating with the home office to ensure smooth operations.

You will engage with tenants, keep occupancy high, prepare units for auction as required by law, and support ongoing project initiatives. A hands-on leader who communicates clearly will thrive here.

Store Manager

(This is a new store opening on Old Mill Road in Annapolis, MD) Job Summary

This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including: leasing storage & parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising onsite projects, communicating with home office team, and maintaining good relationships with tenants. SmartStop Store Managers contribute to a successful property by running an organized office, engaging positively with customers, earnestly following up on leads, maintaining existing business relationships with clients and vendors, and communicating clearly with the entire management team.
