What you’ll do:

• Engage and inspire the team to reach targets and KPIs.
• Support the Store Manager in providing exceptional customer service standards.
• Ensure the boutique operates efficiently following company directives and procedures.
• Represent the glamorous, luxury Jimmy Choo lifestyle through customer relationships, attitude, grooming, dress code, and behavior, setting an example for the team.
• Assist in staff training and development.
• Support staff performance monitoring.
• Assist with stock takes.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique tidiness.
• Manage daily operations in the Store Manager's absence.
