Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is responsible for assisting the general manager with the management of day-to-day operations of the store, while adhering to Global Partner's policies and procedures.

• Complete daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
• Supervise, develop, train, and discipline non-exempt employees, ensuring operational standards are upheld.
• Monitor shift cash handling and inventory, assist in investigations of shortages/overages of $100 or less, and inventory variations of 0.5% or less of sales.
• Maintain business records and review cashier accountability sheets as assigned.

• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties as requested, following cash control policies.
• Manage cash procedures, including deposits and change orders.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Ensure store security and safety, complying with safety and environmental guidelines, and report issues promptly.
• Coordinate gasoline levels and deliveries.
• Engage in promotional initiatives and promote high guest service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Territory Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
