Earthbound Trading Company in Gatlinburg, TN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the busy #362 location. This full-time role supports daily store operations, merchandising, and customer service to drive sales.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and step in when the store manager is absent. The position offers an hourly wage and a monthly bonus program, with paid vacation after six months.

• Must be a great salesperson with experience in supervision.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and have dependable transportation.
• Possess a personality that supports efficiency, inspirational leadership qualities, and a can do attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Assistant Store Managers are in charge of all day-to-day operations of the store.
• Duties include but are not limited to:
• Making sure the floor is properly merchandised with freight to the floor within 48 hours
• Inventory control and banking responsibilities
• Managing the store in the manager's absence
