Assistant Store Manager:

You will be the Lovisa ambassador and lead your team by example, sharing sales techniques and achieving your store's KPIs. If you see yourself as a great leader and want to climb the retail ladder, then this is the role for you!

What we are looking for:

  1. Are you an existing Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager with experience in creating a team environment to coach, develop, and motivate your team to deliver great results?
  2. Are you a leader who cares for your team and builds great relationships?
  3. Do you have a strong desire to deliver an exceptional experience to your customer?
  4. Do you have experience in delivering and driving targets (KPI’s)?

To be successful in this role you will have:

  1. Open availability for the retail work week
  2. Must be 18 years and older
  3. Store management experience for a retailer or hospitality
  4. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
  5. Strong people management skills and thorough understanding of performance management
  6. Excellent planning and organizational skills
  7. A proven track record of delivering results
  8. Exceptional communication skills
  9. Passion for retail and fashion!
