Job description

The Office BOSS has a Store Assistant Manager (Manager in Training) position available. This role involves learning all aspects of Office BOSS operations, including: Shipping Services, Retail Sales, Printing Services. The Office BOSS Mail Centers are fast-paced customer-focused retail shipping centers with customer care providing shipping and packaging services, retail store product knowledge and assistance, retail store inventory, and rental mailbox assistance.

Full-Time Positions include a full benefits package: Medical and Dental insurance, paid Holidays, paid Vacation, Retirement plan.

The right candidate will have the following characteristics:

  1. Attention to Detail and a very strong work ethic with a desire to help customers find solutions.
  2. Excellent communication and customer support skills.
  3. Computer Skills--proficiency with MS Office. Postalmate Shipping software experience is a plus but not necessary.
  4. High integrity with no drug or alcohol issues.
  5. Self-Motivation with a desire to move fast and accomplish goals.
  6. Leadership and self-starter characteristics that foster excellence in the store and among team members.
  7. Hands-on problem-solving skills.
  8. Maturity and confidence with a positive, friendly attitude to assist others.
  9. Prior experience in the Shipping-Services/Mail Center industry is a plus but not required.
  10. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or move for most of the day.
  11. Reliable commute to Truckee Mail Centers under all weather conditions.
