Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Our client, a prestigious luxury eveningwear company, is currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their boutique in NYC. The role involves enhancing store sales through exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for all clients, and upholding merchandising standards.

Responsibilities:

-Uphold elevated standards of customer service throughout the entire shopping journey

-Collect and organize data on customer preferences and purchasing behavior, offering appropriate feedback and insights

-Assist in VIP events and ensure thorough follow-up with clients as required

-Enforce security protocols for merchandise at every stage of the sales process

-Maintain the brand's image through proper replenishment of merchandise and adherence to display and visual merchandising standards

-Contribute to efficient cost allocation by optimizing the use of Boutique products without exceeding availability

Qualifications:

- Degree or an equivalent combination of education; or work experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential tasks of the role

- 5-8+ years of experience in luxury retail, keyholder experience a plus

- Must have a background in bridal and evening wear

- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, along with conflict management abilities

- Outgoing and energetic personality coupled with a robust work ethic

- Genuine passion for the brands and products
