Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in building a team that delivers results through providing an exceptional customer experience. You will share responsibility for executing all store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store environment. Reporting Line

The Assistant Store Manager reports directly to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Store Manager to develop action plans for business growth.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, selling skills, and operational proficiency to maximize sales.
  • Engage with customers to foster relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop team members committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Oversee assigned responsibilities and ensure results are achieved.
  • Support store standards for merchandising and operations consistently.
  • Learn all aspects of the business and contribute ideas to drive growth.
  • Remain composed during challenges and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Perform POS transactions and execute management functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Model company values: respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume, apparel retail environment (preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and performance targets.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other store locations if needed.
