Description

Runnings has a career opportunity as an Assistant Store Manager at our Litchfield retail location. The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to oversee merchandising, sales, and management within the store. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service. Candidates should be flexible to work days, evenings, and rotating weekends/holidays.

Rate: $17.00-$24.00/hr (based on experience).

  • Responsible for overall sales and expenses at the retail store.
  • Coordinate product merchandising and inventory management.
  • Prioritize the distribution of new merchandise.
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Assist customers with purchases, returns, special orders, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with Retail Buyers on product needs and information.
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed when handling merchandise.
  • Delegate authority to managerial staff as appropriate.
