Role Overview

This role provides hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, passion for coffee and tea, and business acumen. It aims to build your understanding of store management by teaching you how to:

• Grow a successful, multi-million-dollar business: Drive sales through business insight, efficiency, and problem-solving skills.
• Nurture talent & lead a team: Engage and develop your team members’ skills to help them achieve their personal and professional best.
• Inspire others: Become a dynamic brand ambassador dedicated to results and team success.

Using a combination of online learning, classroom training, and mentorship, you will learn to create success for your store, develop great teams, and serve as a community gathering place. These foundational principles prepare partners for careers in store management and leadership.
