This role provides hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, passion for coffee and tea, and business acumen. It aims to build your understanding of store management by teaching you how to:
Using a combination of online learning, classroom training, and mentorship, you will learn to create success for your store, develop great teams, and serve as a community gathering place. These foundational principles prepare partners for careers in store management and leadership.
