You will supervise associates, drive guest satisfaction and financial results, and participate in a multi-week leadership training program designed to develop your management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
