Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a Panda Express store, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve financial goals. You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program designed to build management skills.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, flexibility to relocate within 50 miles, and strong availability to cover opening, closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A Serve Safe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
