Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct of associates to achieve business goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program.
