Job summary
Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager in California to oversee a single-store operation and drive guest experiences. You will hire, direct and develop associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional service. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to accelerate your success.

Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
- Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

- Assist operation of a single Panda store and help achieve financial goals.
